a lovely stay with special touches
comfortable bed quiet room free minibar convenient location
i found the bed comfortable and the room quiet i especially liked the minibar it was free and stocked with red wine white wine beer m&ms and nuts the location proved convenient with two subway stations about a ten minute walk i also found several restaurants nearby for quick meals a block away the outdoor pool had a nice view with enough lounge chairs

the gym has a comprehensive array of equipment for various workouts the outdoor pool area provides a relaxing environment with ample seating and clear signage regarding pool hygiene, emphasizing the hotel's commitment to guest well-being it is great

staff provided really good service in multiple areas i observed polite and helpful interactions from check-in to housekeeping the staff consistently were really good expectations anticipating needs and providing personal touches, elevating the overall experience for every guest

i stayed in an icon 36 king room partial harbour view. the mini bar was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks it was a thoughtful touch. the room design included curved walls and carefully placed outlets a detail i noticed and appreciated.

excellent stay with harbor views
corner suite office setup club-level staff
we were upgraded to a corner suite on check-in. the suite included a separate living room with a full office setup with a desk, credenza, and phone. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. we also received excellent service from the club-level staff.
smoking is allowed nearby the lounge patio and the smell drifted over to the pool area.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from two subway stations. Hong hum and east tsim sha tsui. it is also about 20 minutes along the harbor walkway from the star ferry pier. a plaza area a block away has more than a dozen restaurants for quick meals.

club level bookings include free breakfast in above & beyond, a top-floor restaurant where you can get a selection from the buffet. you can order eggs cooked to order, or select from one of several choices on a western and an eastern menu. minibar is also free at this hotel, and the offerings are good, including red wine, white wine, and beer!

The suite was massive. It featured a separate living room, a full office setup, a dressing area with closet, a full bath, and a half bath. housekeeping cleaned it and checked in twice daily. the hotel provided a bottle of champagne, cupcake, signs and flower petals for our anniversary.

i enjoyed the complimentary minibar. it was restocked daily at no charge. the breakfast offered a good variety of european and asian options. the gym had complete fitness equipment and a constant temperature.
the hotel location isn't great, it's a bit outdated
